Logging in to the JAMS Web Client
Depending on your configuration, you can use one of two methods for logging in. You can enter your username and password for your Active Directory or Windows credentials on the JAMS Web Client login screen, or you can select the button for your organization's single sign-on.
If your account is inactive for 15 minutes, you will be logged out of the JAMS Web Client and you will need to log in again.

Go to the login screen for the JAMS Web Client. For example, https://localhost.

For Active Directory or local Windows accounts, do the following:
- In the Username field, enter your domain\username or your Windows username. If you are logging in as the admin/service user, enter the username.
- In the Password field, enter your password.
- Click LOG IN. The JAMS Web Client Home screen is displayed.

For signing in with your organization's single sign-on provider, do the following:
- Click the button under the or continue with label. The button that is displayed will have text that is specific to your organization. The following screen shows an example for ENTRA ID OIDC.
- If you have previously signed in, the JAMS Web Client Home screen is automatically displayed.
If you have not previously signed in, you are redirected to your organization's single sign-on provider site, and you need to complete the steps below:- Enter your email address or username as prompted.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign in. The JAMS Web Client Home screen is displayed.
- Click the button under the or continue with label. The button that is displayed will have text that is specific to your organization. The following screen shows an example for ENTRA ID OIDC.
