Managing Filters
After a Query has been created, you can modify it at a later date to further customize the view of your data. You can add, edit, or delete a Filter from an existing Query.
Adding a Filter to a Query
- Open the Query Management screen.
- Click a Query from the list.
- Click the Filters tab.
- Click + Add Filter.
- Select one of the Filters.
- Click APPLY FILTERS. The empty Filter displays "0 filter applied".
- To set the value for a Filter, click the name of the empty Filter.
- Depending on the type of Filter that was selected, enter a value or select one from a drop-down menu.
- Click + ADD FILTER.
- Click Apply.
- Repeat to add additional Filters as necessary.
- Click Save.
Editing a Filter in a Query
You can edit a Filter to remove a value or add new values.

Open the Query Management screen.

Click a Query from the list.

Click the Filters tab.

Click the name of a Filter.

To remove the Filter Value:
- Click the X next to the value to remove.
- Click Apply.

To add a Filter value:
- Click + Add Filter.
- Select a Filter from the drop-down menu.
- Click APPLY FILTERS. The empty Filter displays "0 filters applied".
- To set the value for a Filter, click the name of the empty Filter.
- Depending on the type of Filter that was selected, enter a value or select one from a drop-down menu.
- Click + ADD FILTER.
- Click Apply.

Click Save.
Deleting a Filter from a Query
You can remove one or all Filters that are saved in a Query.
- Open the Query Management screen.
- Click a Query from the list.
- Click the Filters tab.
- Do one of the following:
- Click the X next to the name of a Filter.
- Click CLEAR ALL to remove all Filters.
